u can get them from ebay or amazon ebay there is a chance u can buy a fake so amazon is best. fake r4 s can explode the fuse in ur ds there way u check if it is fake under the sticker if the is a cross on the the card it is fake!!

No, playing ROMS that you don't OWN is illegal, the R4 itself is not which is why it is allowed to be sold.
