Don't use this everyone!It just messes up your phone's screen like it did it with mine and even the operator logo was still there.Not worth it!

I followed all the given directions and it remained on the Hold "C" and insert the USB cable! screen I waited for an hour and it didnt debrand it I stopped it so it wouldn't get messed up but I still would like to debrand it what could I be doing wrong you said your took 5mins are you using a certain site or web program also ppl are sayin u have to have a certain brand of the w580i is that true?? Idk which brand I have I know its gray/orange thanks in advance

Hey it has been debranded and everything. But the screen is messed it is too big for the phone. Please, if anyone has any ideas. please tell me. Thankyou in advance.

worked fine until i turned on the phone.The screen messed up really big and now it's crap.I chosen W580 in the options in the program but i have a 580i.MAybe that's the problem?
