what kind of windows vista you install
im installing windows vista ultimate on my acer extensa 2300 and its works fine too
my acer extensa spec:
1,5 ghz pentium M
512MB OF RAM
INTEL 82855
80gb harddisk

i can actually get you the exact specs if you wanna
no lag no crappy fps
and its a 1.2 single core cpu with 256mb ram ...standard cheap ass dell notebook built ...to run xp...and surf the net...it cant do anything more than that...with or without xp. but it seems to run vista perfectly with no tweaks
