I found Hover on an old Windows 95 Install CD. It is a great game.

That Windows 95 sound brings back so many memories. I used play the game Hover on that system. Oh wait a minute, I can still play it on My XP. I can even play "Goodtimes" and Weezer's "Buddy Holly." I don't know if it works On a Vista, but thanks for the memories.

Vista has uncreative sound, I think the 95's has the best one.

First, you get the sound somehow (rip it from this vid). Then go to Control Panel -> Sounds, select the Startup Sound and assign the sound of your choice. At least that was the way I did it up until XP (I do not have hasta la vista).
