That's funny because this song came out on the B-Side of "Phuncky Feel One" which came out in 1991. Rage against the machine formed the same year this song came out and they released their cover of this song on the 2001 release of "Renegades"

Ummm, the Rage version of this song was on their "Renegades" album, which was an album of songs Rage covered.
So, Cypress Hill did the original.
