I am not demonstrating this as THE first Laptop! I was just showing ONE of the First WINDOWS Laptops.
I state that in the video and the description. So for all you who keep telling me WHO made the first laptop, thanks. All of your comments have named different brands, so it seems not consistent. For that reason, I am now turning off the comments, and hope you watch this simply to see ONE of the Pioneering Machines that still work.

Well, I'm not faking it, that is for sure.

Windows 95 running on 1mb of RAM and 41mb of hard disk? I don't believe!
NightFlyyer (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
The computer was made in 1994, and was designed to run 95, which came out in 1995.
NightFlyyer (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Nope, do you?
NightFlyyer (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Yes I know. This was ONE of the first Windows Laptops as I stated in the video and description.

The GRiD Systems models shipped in the late 1980's, long before Windows 3.1 shipped. Basically DOS machines and twice the size of today's laptop format. More of a briefcase size. Got one of those? |
